Oskar was fantastic in the run up to our wedding day by being very thorough and explaining all the steps we needed to take with the paperwork to be legally married. The zoom calls before were a great way for us to get to know each other so we could be relaxed on what was a nervous day! We couldn’t be happier with the ceremony script and all of our friends and family commented on how great and fun a ceremony it was. The only pity is that we can’t do it all over again!!

Our wedding would simply not have been as magical a day as it was, if it had not been for The Wedding Guru - Oskar! Every wedding couple needs Oskar, if you are swithering - don't waste a second - it will be the best investment you have ever made for your special day. Despite us both being in hospitality (with too many years to admit to) and thinking we knew a thing or two about weddings... Oskar with his specialist knowledge, years of experience and more importantly sheer love of weddings, took our expectations and our day to an entirely different level. Knowing Oskar had everything in hand, allowed us to relax into the day and be truly present and aware or every amazing moment - there are no words for the gratitude we have for Oskar and his team - in a nutshell they were always one step ahead, anticipating your every need (even those you didn't know you had) and those of our suppliers too! Simply amazing.

Oskar and George proved themselves truly THE Wedding Gurus! I wanted to surprise my husband by fulfilling a wish he had shared, which had been spoiled by Covid: to renew our wedding vows with our five children present. Our trip to Scotland ( from the US) provided the perfect opportunity to surprise him with a gorgeous yet personal ceremony, stunning flowers and venue, and memories and friends for a lifetime. Oskar’s elegant vision and George’s attention to detail yielded an unbelievably successful surprise for my sweet husband of 27 years. He's a wonderful communicator, is a wealth of knowledge or traditional and non traditional wedding ideas, and his vendor relationships love working with him (we loved them too!). He made our fairy tale wedding come to life and our guest are STILL talking about it weeks later.... If you are planning a wedding, book Oskar ASAP! We are so glad we did!

We are a Scottish – Mexican couple, who were planning a 2-day wedding in Edinburgh, 1 day full Scottish celebration and 1 day Mexican party. We found Oskar navigating on the web, his expertise caught our attention, and the first moment we spoke to him we were convinced he was the one to help us. He is respectful, kind, knowledgeable, patient, he’s very good at understanding personalities and that quality is imperative to do what he does. Communication with him was always efficient, even with 7 hours of time difference he never stop responding to our queries, and his calmness help us feel that everything was always under control. He has a wide options of suppliers but also he will find anything in order to help and would never push decisions towards any in particular. Organizing a wedding from a different country was a true challenge but Oskar and his team made things run smoothly, they took care of every detail, organized the guests, and he was even the master of ceremonies!
