Tommy was great - very communicative, but better than that; he came in person a few days ahead to have a look at the job, size it up and talk it over. this personal touch was great and it meant that when he came to do the work, he knew what he was dealing with and there were no surprises. he did my windows and my neighbour above me in the same afternoon, and we're both very happy with everything. many thanks!
