Oven failed Thursday night, called Carrington Appliances on Friday, engineer came round and replaced the main heating element on Saturday afternoon. All now working o.k. Fantastic service and so much cheaper than calling in a manufacturer's engineer. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I never give bad feedback to local companies but I honestly had the WORST experience with Carrington Appliances from start to finish. A two week wait for an appointment and then a no-show after I waited in all day …
