Gym is reasonable for the price but most cardio equipment is old, damaged and broken. It’s a good facility for weigh training but rubbish for anything else.
Great gym with an absolutely huge range of equipment. Friendly staff and a motivating gym environment. If you want to start your fitness or body development journey you won't be disappointed joining this gym being surrounded with both passionate staff and gym members.
£10 for a daypass, £45 for a month I believe. So many machines, and they have a food station there for any shakes or even chicken if you want …
