Bengal Village - Best of Brick Lane

Clean and crisp white tablecloth. Fresh and good portion of food with fresh spices . Very impressed. I have not been dined in this area for 20 years. They did not disappoint me.

Did some research and ended up reserving 4 spots at the Bengal Village. We did not do starters, just mains and sides. The vindaloo was nice and spicy, actually hot. The korma was a touch on the sweet side. Would recommend.

The staff are polite and extremely friendly in a genuine way. Food was made for us the way we wanted - spicier than normal. The tables were completely packed by the time we left. The presentation and the cleanliness of cutlery etc were …
