I think they're great. All the people who work there seem happy and efficient, they're part of a chain with wider facilities, it always seems quite easy to get an appointment, and the cost seems average. Plus there's parking.
Have been going here for years, really nice staff and vets. Definitely recommend. You can also see your bike from the waiting room if locked up outside. The building is beside a cycle lane and bus stop for easy access.
Amazing vet. I had an emergency with my lizard and Alice was so caring, thoughtful and lovely. She went out of her way to see me in her lunch break and then didn't charge me as unfortunately my beloved lizard passed away. Thank you so much …
