We just hired Tom for the third time. Each job has been completely different to the others. This time, it required replacing radiator valves throughout the house so we could install wireless thermostatic controllers. This is fiddly, awkward, potentially messy work, but Tom dealt with it all in an exemplary manner and everything was done to the high standards of workmanship and professionalism we have experienced on previous jobs. He even did a functional test of the controller software, just to make sure everything would work once he finished.
