I sent a general question to Bob about my fridge, he came back to me quickly with a really helpful response and guidance - avoiding a potentially unnecessary call out and giving me reassurance. Obviously a trustworthy professional and I have saved his details in case I need appliance repair in the future.
Whenever Bob comes out to fix our appliances, he always does a first class job and charges a very fair price. He even came back to check our Dishwasher was working properly. Beverly who runs the office is lovely too. I cannot recommend CARE highly enough. Great customer service, brilliant well priced repairs and a lovely team.
