I sent a general question to bob about my fridge, he came back to me quickly with a really helpful response and guidance - avoiding a potentially unnecessary call out and giving me reassurance. obviously a trustworthy professional and i have saved his details in case i need appliance repair in the future.
Whenever bob comes out to fix our appliances, he always does a first class job and charges a very fair price. he even came back to check our dishwasher was working properly. beverly who runs the office is lovely too. i cannot recommend care highly enough. great customer service, brilliant well priced repairs and a lovely team.
