River Exe Cafe

Really unique experience. Took my partner for his birthday and it was a superb surprise. The Puffin Taxi there and back is fun, and the restaurant itself is simple, but perfect, floating in the River Exe. Ordered the Fisherman's Platter as it was a special occasion and I've never had such amazing fresh fish!

Our first visit despite being relatively local. The service was outstanding and the food delicious. Perhaps the best fish and chips I have ever enjoyed. Factor in the boat trip out and back and the setting and it all makes for an exceptional experience.
