Very professional and efficient, paul kept in touch regularly and made the whole experience very easy in a difficult time. he also draped our fathers coffin with the raf flag which was a lovely touch. the team met us at the crematorium and were kind and considerate to our wishes. would absolutely recommend to anyone.
