I joined mid January and have really enjoyed every session! Every time I attend I find it challenging yet come away feeling great!! My body shape has changed a lot, and I am feeling much more stronger. I really enjoy the community that Exmouth Crossfit offers, it's not just a gym. The coaches are great and really supportive.
