I joined mid january and have really enjoyed every session! every time i attend i find it challenging yet come away feeling great!! my body shape has changed a lot, and i am feeling much more stronger. i really enjoy the community that exmouth crossfit offers, it's not just a gym. the coaches are great and really supportive.
