From his first visit to quote us for our move from exmouth to largs on the west coast of scotland, right through to his after sales customer care check, steve from slm removals was polite, efficient, and a breeze to work with. nothing was left to chance and he communicated with us all the way throughout the process. on the day ricky and steve were bang on time and we happily left them to load up and lockup whilst we started our journey. they touched base with us at the end of the day to check plans for the following day, and stuck to everything we requested. despite there being an unexpected holdup for them due to late issue of keys on completion day, they remained totally professional, and they worked tirelessly to offload as quickly as possible to help us get in before dark and then drive all the way back to exmouth. they made our move so much easier and are true professionals, we couldn't have done it without you and can't thank you enough, you were a real find!
