Great experience today at the Falkirk store, we left extremely happy with our purchase of a new king size bed. I must give special mention to Neil, he was superb, a real asset to Bensons, he was detailed, professional and courteous. Thank you . Eric and Fiona.

Welcoming store, friendly staff with good product knowledge, good selection. Only negative is the time I have to wait for a delivery slot as none available at the weekend. My delivery date is 14th Feb and the item is in stock now!! The recycling fee I think is a bit high at £45.00.
