Great experience today at the falkirk store, we left extremely happy with our purchase of a new king size bed. i must give special mention to neil, he was superb, a real asset to bensons, he was detailed, professional and courteous. thank you . eric and fiona.
Welcoming store, friendly staff with good product knowledge, good selection. only negative is the time i have to wait for a delivery slot as none available at the weekend. my delivery date is 14th feb and the item is in stock now!! the recycling fee i think is a bit high at £45.00.
