Such a warm and friendly welcome from Michelle. I was apprehensive about my own level of fitness when going along for the first time, but the classes are tailored to all levels and have such a great ethos. I quickly started to attend several of her classes per week. They are great fun and a fantastic way to get fit.
Had my first session on Monday and was really nervous getting back into working out, but Michelle made me feel so welcome and eased me back into it. The sessions she puts on are great and really enjoyable. Would highly recommend!
