Hatha Yoga by Susan
Love going to Susan's Yoga class. Her voice is lovely and calm. Look forward each week to my yoga and always leave the class feeling so relaxed but energised at the same time. Great teacher!
Susan is a very experienced yoga teacher. I started attending her maternity yoga classes then started attending her hatha yoga classes after that and have continued ever since. She is very versatile and can adapt her teaching to individual needs. I always leave her classes feeling de-stressed!
Having never tried yoga previously, I am converted. Love this class, Susan is a great instructor, very supportive with a lovely calm voice and I enjoy the variety of stretches. I always feel very relaxed at the end of a class but also energised.
