I found the experience was excellent. The sleep expert Aaron listened to what I was looking for, discussed different options. As I was buying two new King Sized beds where I required the base, headboard and mattress. He showed me all my options, I lay on the sleep assistance, which indicated the mattress that was best suited for me.
