It is a very good sports center. it has a good gym with plenty of equipment. the lap pool is indoor and fantastic. the showers and changing room are great. they don't have a large capacity for classes so they get filled up fast. i wish the gym had more windows so when you are doing elliptical you are not looking at the wall.
