On the whole we enjoyed the fountain spa, great staff, comfy rooms and tasty food. however, when we arrived we found a rather large black pubic hair on to of the loo seat. yeeuck lol so this hotel will forever be the pube hotel. still, nowhere is perfect 7 out of 10. it would have been a 9 if not for the dreaded pube lol. 4 stars
