I find the staff are always kind and caring. The look after the pets and the people. My 14 year old had breast cancer and they couldn't do enough for us.

Could have been much better managed. Took an injured rabbit in that was in a bad way, moments after deciding to put it to sleep the vet asked if he should bring in the hand held payment machine...while my wife was sobbing. So much more needs doing. Plus £200 to end it. Shame!
