Highly recommended! as another reviewer said, jemma takes her time to explain the next transition and always gives options, so everyone is catered for. such a lovely, calm and relaxed manner, jemma is an excellent teacher and i wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to anyone interested in exploring the benefits of yoga.
