Fitness, both physical and mental, and fun. Makes learning enjoyable whatever one's ability or limitations. Extremely patient and innovative, adapting steps where necessary. Has kept going throughout the pandemic whilst adhering strictly to all precautions.

Love the classes, have a laugh with Julie, Dave and everyone. Love learning new dances. Julie spends time helping new people who start at classes. And have great social events.
