Best gym i’ve personally been to around here. all the members and staff really helpful and friendly especially the pt sean always on hand if you need anything. all ages welcome good vibes all round.
Best gym in the county, lots of new equipment and good atmosphere. great if you are too strong for normal gyms machines. as all of their equipment is plate based, so you cannot max them out. friendly staff
Great atmosphere, great gym, attentive staff who are always happy to have a chat. some great kit in here and always planning for future growth. not taken part in any classes but they always look really well attended. great gym, great location!
