Lacking dentists in the practice to deal with appointments and emergencies within an acceptable or reasonable timescale. the dental staff were great when i eventually got in for treatment.
All admin & clinical staff were amazing, i am so grateful for their hard work & empathy in my time of need. the staff even worked together to make a space for another appt for me asap. thank you so much bupa ewloe!
