I purchased the impact personal alarm torch and was amazed with the top quality. the performance is tremendous, it’s the brightest torch i’ve ever owned. the alarm is also an added benefit that makes me feel extremely safe. all around great design.
I bought two mini defender pouches, the one used regularly failed after less than 6 weeks. presumably metallic threads had broken despite careful use. however on contacting the company they provided a returns label and promised a replacement without quibble. apparently the pouches are guaranteed for 12 months.
