A very homely atmosphere with first class service a nice selection of beers.the log fire gives you a feeling of gone by pubs it's worth dropping in to see the Christmas decorations and enjoy the hospitality.

Had a 65th family birthday meal last night and have to say everyone in our party was more than happy with the service and food we received. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, food was well presented, tasty and plentiful. We will be returning soon.

First visit here today as a family with dog, pre-booked to ensure we got a table and glad we did as it’s very popular. Food was superb! Best roast we have had locally in a long time! Service was great too. They also have a great selection …
