Andy and the team are the nicest people you are likely to meet.very welcoming, all ages go (i'm 53) and didn't feel intimidated (hadn't stepped foot inside a gym for 20+years). i enjoy going, chris set me up with my training program which i follow and really feel the benefits.highly recommend avatar.
Best gym i’ve been to. super friendly staff. well stocked and everyone’s always really friendly and helpful. definitely recommend
Been a member for over a year, great gym. lots of equipment from free weights to cable machines to cardio equipment. very well equipped with great friendly staff. if you want a personal trainer they have a great bunch. plenty of classes too. if you looking for a friendly gym check them out
