Very grateful to noel at zero dry time. he came and cleaned two of my elderly parents carpets which were very unclean. noel was very understanding about the situation. did a fantastic job, carpets clean and smelled lovely. even left a free bottle of spot cleaner. very reliable, will definitely use again.
