Was wary after reading prior reviews but it was ok. Think the person in charge was concerned as she had some priority drying to do but pointed out l could be drying mine whilst discussing the point...which she kindly let me do ...so hats off
Cleaned my quilt within an afternoon. Really good prices. Dropped off at 11.30 am, was finished and dry by 4.30 pm that same afternoon as requested
