We had a great experience purchasing our new dining table and chairs - Tim who helped us was really great at answering questions but also giving us the space to decide what we wanted - very knowledgeable about product and finance options. Great service. Neil was attentive and informative, but not overbearing. I liked that he gave my husband and I space to discuss our purchases privately, but made himself available when we had follow up questions.
