Went to buy charm as a gift on monday but found the shop closed at 630 even though the metro centre didnt close till later . Went the following day earlier this time.the asssistant was very helpful helpng me to choose. They said there is another shop in the centre that opens later and are in process of getting signage.
Very poor customer service received today 13/07/16, purchased 3 Pandora items last week 05/07/16 costing over £100, the charm is faulty, I asked for an exchange but item was out of stock, asked if replacement could be posted as live 30miles …
