I visited Body and Sole Therapy for a back massage and facial on Thursday. Chris was welcoming and friendly and listened to what I was looking for in a treatment. The massage was very relaxing and the reflexology facial was fantastic and made me focus on just relaxing! Thank you!
I booked a pregnancy package, and had one of the best massages ever!! Chris was very professional and welcoming, and just immediately seemed to find and treat the problem areas (some of which I didn't even realise I had!). I came away feeling very relaxed and much looser. I look forward to returning in the future!
I have seen Christine regularly for the last 5 years and absolutely love every treatment I’ve had from her. From aromatherapy massages, hot stone and reflexology I always come out feeling wonderful! Can’t recommend her enough.
