Visited this place a few times since my daughter's first pair of shoes at age 1 (she is currently 2.5 years old). Staff are always so friendly to us all, especially to my daughter. They give her balloons and actually take the time to speak to her which is fantastic. Above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing service from Lily. She was so patient and helpful with my very temperamental daughter. Came home with exactly what we wanted and a smiling child (that's a massive achievement believe me!)

Staff done a brilliant job at keeping our 2 year old entertained, getting her measurements and best advice for growing feet. Definitely go back when it's time to get more as they knock off a fiver and donate the shoes
