All teachers have been really welcoming and encourage me to go at my own pace resulting in challenging and enjoyable sessions
Absolutely brilliant both physically and mentally but most important mentally. the space and teachers create a sense of calm and wellbeing. i have been going for near on 2 years now and cannot recommend enough. thank you ❤️
