I described my problem over the phone and he suggested a way to fix it, and it worked perfectly, so I never actually used DDC's services but I'm absolutely delighted with their free advice!

Would highly recommend. I phoned Eddie with a blocked sewage issue. After describing the problem he recommended I got in touch with Scottish Water first, as it may be their issue and they would clear for free. He was correct. Thanks!
