I described my problem over the phone and he suggested a way to fix it, and it worked perfectly, so i never actually used ddc's services but i'm absolutely delighted with their free advice!
Would highly recommend. i phoned eddie with a blocked sewage issue. after describing the problem he recommended i got in touch with scottish water first, as it may be their issue and they would clear for free. he was correct. thanks!
