Scott was fantastic. tumble dryer stopped working, scott tried to repair it with a part at his own expense but it failed. only charged us the call out fee. can recommend kar ltd as your first port of call when an appliance breaks.
I messaged scott after our tumble dryer stopped working properly and before i went ahead to replace it, scott messaged back with a simple fix that got it working and saved me some money in the meantime. very helpful and a quick response.
Great service from rebecca sorting out part and booking in slot as soon as part delivered. scott arrived as booked with sms updates when on way and quickly fixed our broken integrated microwave (something a lot of other companies wouldn’t repair). very friendly, reliable and knows what he’s doing, will definitely use in future.
