Had my alarm serviced by vault who had taken over from the previous company. Initial communication was great, they were really accommodating regards times etc. the engineer Steven turned up on time, was really friendly and efficient and explained everything as he was going along. Brilliant service and would highly recommend.

Vault installed a new front door and intercom system for my building, and I would absolutely recommend them. The communication over email was always prompt, and the instillation only took 2 days. Absolutely a trustworthy company who delivers and offers great customer service.
