A wonderful studio with an excellent team of instructors. The atmosphere is always very welcoming and supportive regardless where you are in terms of your skills/experience with Pilates and Yoga.

Wonderful selection of classes each day in a lovely, clean studio space. Friendly and knowledgeable teachers. Great atmosphere. Always go away feeling so energised, and at peace. Highly recommend this yoga studio.
