A wonderful studio with an excellent team of instructors. the atmosphere is always very welcoming and supportive regardless where you are in terms of your skills/experience with pilates and yoga.
Wonderful selection of classes each day in a lovely, clean studio space. friendly and knowledgeable teachers. great atmosphere. always go away feeling so energised, and at peace. highly recommend this yoga studio.
