Purchased a hard drive from here. ben was extremely helpful, telling me how to install and get everything set up which he didn't have to do. this was a huge help as my knowledge of laptops/pc's is very minimal. could not recommend enough.
I bought a lenovo desk-top computer at a fantastic price...it arrived promptly and could not have been better packed. unfortunately the mains to pc adapter lead was missing! a couple of messages and they sent me a new adapter....superb service.
