Called for an emergency complete loss of power on a Sunday afternoon. The gentleman was unavailable as he was out with family commitments, but took the time to talk me through a hard reset while he was out, over the phone. Worked perfectly and provided advice as to possible causes. Will definitely call again if there are any issues
