Great customer experience at Gillingham branch. Odette was very helpful and we had a laugh as well! She helped us with the bed, mattress and pillows, sorted delivery and collection. Couldn't fault her, not pushy either! Would definitely recommend.

Nice store, with friendly staff, we were able to try all the beds without being harassed for a sale. I returned the next day and after a chat with the manager, I purchased a new mattress. I would recommend a vist to this store.
