Love these classes. andy makes sure it's real fun but also honours the yoga appropriately. he pushes me to advance my practice in a supportive way, but also makes sure we burn some calories! everyone there is always really welcoming too. fully recommend.
Highly recommend andy's classes! the energy is fabulous, everyone is very welcoming and non-judgemental. andy is great at encouraging you to push yourself and develop, whilst still respecting and effectively reading your personal choices for each yoga practice. thank you as always andy!
