I booked jo for some private yoga and flexibility classes at my home, as i couldn’t find a class that would fit around my work and childcare schedule. i loved having a 121 approach where jo could tailor the session based on how i was feeling and what i needed for the day.
I had an assisted stretch with jo at mayura wellness studio, which was an amazing experience! jo is a very friendly and attentive practitioner, who listened to all of my concerns and explained the session in detail. i had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again!
