What an amazing bike shop for the serious rider! i brought my road bike along for a month in scotland and my brakes went out. they diagnosed and fixed the problem in a day, saving my trip and getting me back on the road. super knowledgeable and helpful. highly recommend!

Went to billy bilsland to get a second hand vintage raleigh bike refurbished and kitted out. spoke to josh, who was super friendly but above all was so clearly knowledgeable about what work needed to be done to improve the bike. he was also very competent with arranging my situation through the cycle to work scheme, ultimately giving me a great deal. all around couldnt recommend the place anymore, absolutely overjoyed by the service!!

Recently purchased a new bike for my daughter from neil at billy bilsland cycles. neil was amazing. his customer service was fantastic and he made my daughter feel special and grown up during the whole thing. my daughter had identified a bike and neil let her take it for a test run around the park. after that, purchase of the bike was guaranteed. they finished setting up the bike that very day and we took it home. she has been out and about on it almost every day and she loves it. also, thank you for the recommendation on the derailleur protector. this will definitely come in handy and keep the drive train protected. i will absolutely be buying from billy bilsland again. you guys are now my go to bike shop!!!

You want a friendly local bike shop? you come here. i’ve used bb for a bike fit when i was having some shoulder pain and the whole process was great, never felt pushed to buy components or parts i didn’t need. recently used them again when i was thinking about a new bike, i had an amazing experience of test riding a selection of bikes around glasgow green. then i had a consultation with a fitter to make sure the frame i loved was right for me. seriously, when we say “support your local bike shop” support these folks. they’re amazing.
