I bought an orbea from dales cycles using the cycle to work scheme - incredibly straight forward, very knowledgeable and helpful staff - zero pushyness. i got the bike exactly when they said it would arrive, very well packed, shifts and rolls amazingly! even the included tools were of exceptional quality (not giving away these!). i would check dales cycles before you look elsewhere!

I had great difficulties getting an electric mountain bike until i made contact with dales cycles in glasgow. salesman ian was so helpful and after receiving a lot of helpful advice and recommendations i made my order. four weeks later i got an email letting me know my order had arrived. i met with ian again at the handover. he was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything about my new cube. he made all the necessary adjustments and helped me with the new app. brilliant service in every respect, and a huge thanks to ian who is a credit to this company.

Chris and the team went above and beyond to arrange a replacement road bike, including fitting, accessories and transportation, 7 days before i started the lands end to john o'groats cycle. without them, i wouldn't have been able to take part , never mind completing. a fantastic effort and a great bunch of guys!
