Top Tier Designer Cakes

We booked top tier cakes to make our wedding cake and we’re so glad that we did. they created a charles rennie macintosh inspired cake which matched our venue at house for an art lover perfectly. lots of people commented on how lovely the cake looked and we got some great photos during the cake cutting. there was very little left afterwards which tells you just how good it was. we went for vannila and lemon drizzle over two tiers and both were amazing. the cake was delivered to the venue without a hitch and they did all the coordination so we didn’t need to worry about it. thanks so much top tier!

Cake replacement: i ordered from top tier cake for my son’s 2nd birthday. it came on time & cake looked beautiful as i wanted. the cake was cut on the next day of delivery as my son’s birthday was on sunday. we didn’t find it as tasty as we expected & too much sugary. so i communicated with the top tier. their customer service was fantastic. they suggested to return the remaining cake so that they can check it properly. we cut a very small portion of it so almost 80% of the cake was uneaten. after that they checked & found no problem in the cake. they assumed that the cake became very dry after in the freezer for a long time. they sent one replacement cake & that cake tasted ok. i gave 3 stars for their customer service.

Ordered a bespoke cake for my husband's 70th. pleased with the outcome and the cake tasted lovely. only downside was i asked for candles to be included and they weren't so the cake was presented at the restaurant without any candles to blow out which was a bit of a let down. (hence only 4 stars)

We had a child cartoon themed cake made by top tier cakes for our son’s 3rd birthday. customer service was exceptionally prompt and precise with clarifying our cake and design requirements via email, giving suggestions on cake size and helping arrange the order. the cake was delivered on time by a very friendly team member, it looked beautiful (and spot on according to our specified design) and tasted delicious. a very happy boy and happy friends that all enjoyed the cake. i would 100% recommend top tier cakes and would definitely use them again as they were professional, reliable and delivered a great result (for a very reasonable price too!).
