Phoned on the day, left a message and within minutes be called me back. He had also seen my email. Arranged an appointment for the chimney to be swept for the day. He turned up bang on time. Very polite and tidy. You'll soon realise Mark loves fireplaces and is knowledgeable about his trade. Great service. Can easily recommend.

We have used Mark for the last four years from first moving into our house to sweep, check and smoke test both chimneys and continue the service yearly after that. I phoned and left a voicemail for Mark. He called me straight back, and was able to arrange an appointment for when suited me. Mark arrived bang on time, and was both friendly and professional. He was clean and tidy, and had I not heard the vacuum, I wouldn't have known he was here, such was how tidy he was. Mark was also able to provide me with advice on my other fireplaces around my home and give me guidance on making sure my chimney is kept in good condition. I would definitely recommend and I will have him back out the next time my chimney needs swept.
