I have been seeing the wonderful team here for almost 4 years now on a regular basis. They are the best out there and I can't recommend them enough. I had suffered from sciatica for 5 years within 3 months of seeing them I was pain free and have been since. Dara and her team always make you feel welcome and completely cared for as well as a good chat as well.

From the age of 19 I have either worked with children or at a desk, neither of which are easy on your back and I have suffered from severe back pain for years and decided last year to take the step to see a Chiropractor, which I honestly didn't know that much about. After some research I decided to go to Southside Chiropractic Glasgow due to their great reviews which I see now are 100% accurate. From the first visit I felt completely at ease, the team were great in walking me through exactly what to do, which is always a big fear when going to a new place. I was completely at ease from day one. The work that Dara has done has always been very professional, she has communicated every step of the way as to what she is doing and what effect that will have on my body and I cannot put into words the difference she has made! I used to have serious pain, limiting what I was able to do but within a few visits I was able to see a difference begin and this has just increased. The more time I attend sessions, the more improvement I see. At every visit Dara will ask how my body is feeling and anytime I tell her something specifically has been hurting, she gets to work on that area and sorts it out. To begin with the pain would return after a few days but I can feel my body healing itself as between visits its is taking longer periods of time for any pain to return but it has never returned to the levels it was before I started. The full team invest themselves in getting to know you as the clients and in my case even my dog who now cannot pass the door without wanting to go visit her friends. And of course we cannot forget HUDSON!! If you are lucky you may appear on a day when a big ball of love has graced the practice with his presence. I have absolutely NO regrets about signing up with Dara and the team and would recommend it to anyone looking for help.
