Amazing store. Guy in New York Yankees jacket (think he was the manager) gave me a little discount as item was discounted online. Didn’t have to do this at all but did thank you so much legend. Would defo recommend the store all staff really nice.

In store experience is generally good if the items are in stock. However, if you need to order anything in store - don't bother. I've had two experiences now where I was assured the item would arrived in 2-3 working days, and they just never showed up because there was a delay in the stock and no one had mentioned it. Twice. Any in store deliveries are not reliable and you are better ordering it elsewhere to get it on time when you need it.

I recently visited this store for some shopping, and my experience was disappointing. While picking clothes, the male shop assistant nearby ignored me, leaving me to carry all the clothes around. I ended up seeking help from a different female assistant who was standing further away from me. However, when I was ready to make a purchase after trying on the clothes, the male assistant appeared, pretending as if he had been helping me all along. I’m unsure if shop assistants here sell on commission, but to me, it seemed like he was trying to take credit for that. And we definitely want more kind female staff here.

Nice store, some nice gear from top labels, Bape, Maharishi and loads of other tasty gear. Sale rails in the front of shop offer some cheaper ranges, they stock some YETI products too. Staff were helpful.
