Brought in my hp omen laptop 2015 model that required a new battery after experiencing a less pleasurable service with another repair shop (not gonna mention which one) and he effortlessly found a suitable replacement and replaced it within 3-4 days and the new battery is working perfectly and literally having no issues at all. i would recommend this service to any of my friends and family if they require assistance with their pcs and laptops
