Gregor was very professional in his approach and managed to fix my laptop problem (new fan replacement due to coil whine) at home. i will certainly be using him again in future if i have other computer issues.

Gregor has just completed some work to fix and modernise my pc. i am delighted with the results! gregor was very professional and personable; he gives good advice and is easy to deal with. the repair turn around time was quick and communication was excellent throughout the process. i will no doubt use his services again in future and highly recommend him!

Gregor did a great job fixing my laptop, which i had spilt a full pint of water over. while another repair service had told me the damage was irreparable, gregor got my laptop working perfectly again. he was also very conscious about protecting my data and gave me my hard drive to keep while he worked on my laptop. thanks!

Unbelievable talent with repairs! i was so sure that my laptop was nearing the end of its life because of how badly the casing was falling apart but gregor assured me that it was salvageable and talked me through the whole process on the phone. he dedicated a huge chunk of his time to talk me over the repair and was extremely transparent with me whilst he was ordering a replacement casing for my laptop and made sure that i was okay with minor cosmetic marks that would come with a used case. i am so extremely pleased! my laptop was repaired by nick who was extremely polite and very good with communicating when the laptop was finished and accommodated pick up and drop off around my busy schedule. on top of replacing the badly damaged casing, i had some issues with my wifi connectivity and nick replaced that too. 5/5 service and i will not hesitate to go back when i have any more issues.

Gregor was very professional and provided an extensive consultation on parts and the process of how my pc would be made despite my being a novice, making sure all was within budget and researching + recommending very high quality parts. when all of them had arrived he built it quickly and efficiently, describing the build as we went along and ensuring excellent cable management and temperature monitoring. he also tested that all parts were working throughout the process as they were added, and that all drivers were sufficiently installed ensuring a fully functioning high-end pc by the end. all this along with the superb price for his service, i really couldn’t have asked for more! would have no hesitation in recommending gy computing for any build.
